Sarah's Chonburi Pictures 9th February 2008.

OK folks .. you'll need to use your "back button" to return to this page if you decide to click the thumb nails.

I had a really early start today, as I had to be at the Pattaya International Hospital for a fasting blood test at 09.00. To get to the full account of what happened, check out today's diary entry ..

I must say, from what I saw of it, the Pattaya International Hospital is a little superior to the Aikchol, it's certainly a newer building and the smaller reception area is more comfortable, the emergency room I was taken too for the blood to be taken was very clean and modern, but very open plan in it's lay out.

While I was waiting to be seen in the comfy chair I was shown I saw this little display. Apparently the hospital has had all it's windows replaced with heat reflecting glass .. and this hospital is just all glass on the outside .. I'm guessing it will help reduce the air con costs.

The modern outpatients reception .. those chairs are really comfortable. The doctors consulting rooms are along the far wall, one open door can be seen. Note the picture of the King and Queen .. see the full size of the shot below to read the text on it.

It's the king and Queen .. they do look on the people from every vantage point ..

I've seen Dr Kobkul Danpongprasert, she was very nice and she inspired confidence, and she was quite frank and appeared to be honest with me both days, something the Chon Buri GP could learn. To the left of the pharmacy sign was the accounts office, where I had to pay my bills, once I'd paid I was handed the doctors reports on her treatment of me, the pharmacy then produced the drugs on my prescription.
